Lucky Draw Event Notice

1. Online orders ship sequentially starting September 28 (Monday). Due to shipping volume and local circumstances, delivery may be delayed by approximately 7–15 business days.
2. Lucky Draw photocards are packed and shipped together with the album after the order is confirmed. Exchanges or returns may be restricted once shipped.
3. Defective products may only be exchanged once; refunds are not available. For faster processing of missing or defective item inquiries, we may request an unboxing video of the package.
4. Lucky Draw event products cannot be canceled or refunded after the sales period has ended. Please review the product details carefully before purchasing.
5. Online orders may only be canceled before shipment — contact customer service for cancellation requests. Cancellation or refund requests due to a change of mind are not accepted for shipped products.
6. If additional shipping charges are incurred due to incorrect customer information, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to receive the package, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping costs; reshipment is processed only after the fee has been paid.
