Shipping policy

    All orders received before 12:00 PM (noon) on weekdays (Monday–Friday) are typically processed and shipped within 3–4 business days.
    Please note: Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays are not considered business days.

  • Shipping Time:
    Shipping times may vary depending on the specific products ordered and your delivery location. During peak seasons or promotional periods, additional fulfillment time may be required.

  • Order Tracking:
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Delays:
    While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.

  • PO Box Addresses:
    We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address for delivery to avoid delays or cancellation of your order.
