Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please carefully review our return guidelines below.
Return Window
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition, free from any damage.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued for the item(s) only, excluding any shipping charges.
- Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
- If the return is not due to our error, shipping and handling fees will apply—even if the order originally qualified for free shipping.
Restocking Fee
A 30% restocking fee will apply in the following cases
- Undeliverable address
- Customer not present at the time of delivery
- Refused delivery
- Purchase of incorrect item
Return Inspection
- All returned items are subject to inspection.
Returns may be denied or subject to additional restocking fees if the item:
- Shows signs of use
- Is returned with missing components, packaging, or documentation
Packaging Note

Outer boxes and plastic wrapping are considered protective packaging.
Damage to this outer packaging does not qualify as a valid reason for return or refund.
Processing Time
- For online returns, please allow up to 7 business days after the return shipment has been delivered for your return to be reviewed and processed.
