Are your products authentic?
Yes. WITHMUU sells only official, licensed K-pop merchandise, shipped manufacturer-sealed. Eligible album purchases are aggregated to the Hanteo and Circle (Gaon) charts.
How does pre-order shipping work?
Many albums are sold as pre-orders before their Korean release date. Pre-order items ship after the official release — typically a few business days after stock arrives at our US warehouse, not within the standard 3–4 day window. Each pre-order product page shows its expected release and ship date. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the whole order is held and ships together once the pre-order is ready.
How fast do in-stock orders ship?
In-stock orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on a weekday (Mon–Fri) are typically processed and shipped within 3–4 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No. Please provide a valid street address. Orders to P.O. Boxes may be delayed or cancelled.
Is there free shipping?
Free shipping is available on orders over $150 on selected items. Any applicable shipping is calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, in original unopened and unused condition. Refunds cover the item(s) only and exclude shipping, unless the return is due to our error. A restocking fee may apply in certain cases. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.

WITHMUU (withmuu-us.com) is operated by Copang Global, an authorized US retailer of official K-pop merchandise.
